Remote Account Opening is an agile solution that facilitates opening of customer accounts remotely/digitally via the banks availed channels with proper KYC validation done through our integration to third-party data systems. This solution allows financial institutions to acquire new customers in an efficient manner with customers capturing their KYC documents (as per the policies of the financial institution) and the same is stored securely by the system under their profile.

The solution can be accessed by the customer through their mobile and internet banking channels and bank agents can onboard the customer through their availed channels (mobile/web).
Through Integration to National Registries and Mobile networks allows validating the authenticity of the customer registering.
This service allows customers to take a live selfie photo which is validated against their national ID photo stored at the National registry or that the customer uploaded via the availed channels. The AI tool then takes over to validate the two images.
Customer KYC documents are captured and/or uploaded by the customer for digital storage.
